At Study Coach, we provide personalized online academic counselling sessions designed to give students clarity, confidence, and effective study strategies. Since our service involves non-tangible intellectual guidance and real-time counselling, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

 

• All session bookings are final and non-refundable once payment has been made.

• This policy applies because our service is based on time, expertise, and personalized guidance, which cannot be returned once delivered.

   

  Rescheduling

  • If you cannot attend your booked session, you may request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your session time.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) will be treated as completed sessions and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
